Lace Hidden In The Folds of Satin

Sheer curtains drifting on a balcony of white-
The wind.....
Sending a message to the sea of the passions within
marbled walls.
Words..... dashing upon the waters leaving
invisible prints of lovers in love.
Limbs tangled
in
satin sheets covered with the perfume
of
captivating rose petals of the mind.
Creamy skin touched by the dew of love.
A cooling breeze caressing the lips of passionate dreams.
Fingers trailing down succulent curves .
Tender kisses being shared.
As night continues to travel into the corridors of passion.
You may experience-
Lace Hidden In The Folds of Satin.

So glad everyone liked my poem. Ever so often I have to see if I can get steamy LOL.

You may call me BonBon. It was a pet name my sister used to call me as I was growing up.
People at work also have called me BonBon or Bon.
When I wrote this one I closed my eyes and imagined a little cottage by the sea and went from there.
See Ya

Hi Bon ..
At a writer’s converence a few years ago, I read one of my poems, and because there were many local sighted folk present, there was a dixcussion about blind writers using visual imagery.  My contribution to the talk was to say that we all use the same language, metaphors, colors, and imagination.. I encounter sighted folk who think it’s “terrible” not having eyesight, but for a moment you let me partake of yours.

Jaime
A lot of times I close my eyes and visualize what I'm going to write. I try to take the reader to place I see within my mind.
Is there any place you love to travel within your mind? Maybe I have something I will be able to share with you and the poets of PIP.

That is interesting about the blind reading and writing and there thoughts of colors and textures ect.

I'm also in a writer's forum and find it very educational and of course lots of fun.

See Ya
BonBon
