It may seem like a burden
to be locked away,
but in my corner, is where I love to waste my day.
In the silence, In the dark,
Here is where, I search my heart.
When I'm confused, and need to escape,
I close my door, and pull the drapes.
I heal my wounds, rebuild my strength.
And prepare myself for another day.
All within, a darkened room,
seemingly hateful, absorbed in gloom
mistaken for a burden,
to be locked away
collecting myself,
enhancing the day...

THANK-YOU

Now this, I understand.
So many do not appreciate
good mediation time,
when we collect, center,
and focus.

Very good, Amanda.

Many cannot relate to time alone. For some it is sought. Nice thoughts.
