home at last, oh anchor safe
the tides has blessed you by my side
stir within me pure and chaste
the seeds of love to last our lives

Blessed be what kissed the shore
dare believe would this be fate?
tossed from turbulent seas on tour
here at my feet lie heaven's wait

within these arms, antares, glow
your eyes burn flame to shame the sun
my every secret you can know
until eternity is done

proud yet strong but tender, mild
he teaches beauty with his lips
mind of man, yet heart of child
upon his tongue sweet melodies drip

he tastes cinnamon 'pon my skin
gently tills this umkempt field
stirred awake the tempt within
coaxed neglect to blossom, yeild

with each days passing, twine of time
binds my love to depths of me
head over heels I tumble blind
buried beneath forever sea

somedays her clouds obscure my truth
he takes his heart and hides away
her memory haunts & dares uproot
our present with her yesterday

midnight lures his far off stare
I call on stars to cure their pining
he dreams vessels, escaping where
her sacred kiss would ever find him

he molds her image o'er my face
sings passion to shame the tempest song
cradle's me soft in warm embrace
whispers a name unknown 'til dawn

cruel the current tide of fate
this heart that bleeds no longer mine
return, you, to the one that waits
Go forth and dare not look behind

sail away, true love,
dock at safer shores...

My goodness. I've missed your face around here...but, it seems your sabbatical has been good for your muse.
