A Fallen Angel

I was dieing
before he came.
I gave up hope
He showed me light.
It was so dark.

But he lost his wings
Fell to earth again
Just only this time,
He did not return.

He isn't the same,
Just so heart brocken
and lost beyond words

He saved me Twice
I will pull him up
and fix shattered dreams

Just ask me to
I will be there

This happens so often.

And the saving can really be saving, you know...not just rescuing. That care, that love that is there when it's truly needed, can mean all the difference.
