Remember when the sun sank black, beneath the sea, and it left you on your knees, again? Remember nights when you would weep and never find the still of sleep? Remember what it's like to grieve when nobody believes in who you are? And could it be considered theft to rob a heart of love... bereft of hope, again? 'Cause all you knew is nothing now, and love that was is gone somehow... Do you remember mourning, too, when nobody had faith in you? Poems are made by fools like me, |
