Once all day,
Once all night
Kindred souls
Shared some light.

Light, you know,
Its spectrums change.
Life you know,
Still remains.

Light and love,
Somewhat the same,
Go on forever,
Though spectrums change.

But Friendship stays
Buried deep
Within the bossom
Of the heep

Of rainbowed dreams
Long slipped away.
Who knows which life
Will someday play?

Who knows which life
Will someday show
Rainbowed smiles
Of kindred souls?

Now I must say
I’m not too fond of the day,
Tend to hide away
Than beneath the burning play.

As for friend in need
I tend to find my black steed
And help indeed
Till challenge is freed

I’m a night knight
Helping from shadowed sight
Avoiding the glare of light
Trying to make right

Thanks for the Kind poetry
It mean much to me

Gloom

Beautiful poetry, but the last stanza was exceptionally great.

Well, know I've read some of your work I'm utterly sure that anything nice you say about my poems is well, just that you being nice...

I'm in awe..

But never a moment ceased the fight of the one and the fifty-three."
