Identity Theft:

Be forewarned of symptoms of identify theft:

-when Passions user name begins to sign the checks

-when  answering the phone, you give your poet’s name

-when using multiple identities, you forget which one you’re on

If any or all of these should occur,

Please report them immediately to our good humored

Administrators.

Have a good day.

                   ~ eidaS~

I just wanted to thank the staff for everything they do for us.  Passions
really does much to enhance identity.   We appreciate…

lol You're a pet! ~ and yes! Thanks to the Administrators and Moderators for all that they do!
And oh, BTW, I have only one identity at Passions ~ Earth Angel (angel's honour!) ~ and that keeps me plenty busy! lol

Springy hugs,
Linda

Ha! Fun.  Isn't it amazing the metamorphosis that can occur to the human psyche on the internet.  Which personality are you today?  Sadly, or happily in my view, I am just Susan.

I too am appreciative of this lovely domain I have found for expressing oneself.  My many thanks as well.

Thank you for reading and sharing your appreciation of the moderators and administrators.  They are incredible people to give of their time the way they do!

Now, about the other...Does anybody else out there have trouble remembering to sign their checks with their real name????  I haven't done it yet, but I've come awfully close to it!And to sign Sadie on important papers at work-I caught myself on that once and had to fix it!  Identity Crisis-what can I say???

Hum?  Who has more than one
identity?   Hummmm?

Sadie, this is precious!  Reminded me
of the character that Whoopie Goldberg
played in "Ghost" when she had to sign
her name as "Rita Miller" in order to
thwart a thief...

Touche!

cute and I agree...been writing on the internet for some years now...and...haven't found a web site quite like this...Ron..you should be very proud...and my greatest appreciation goes out to the admins...all of you work so hard.  I've told many friends about this web site and feel very fortunate to be able to post here.  Other sites have no morals nor do they control bad behavior and shenanigans....I'm pleased with the mature talent here who strive to work very seriously with their writing...not to mention the sense of humor everyone has, the kindness and courtesy everyone extends.  A warm place to be....and much appreciated is not nearly enough to express my heartfelt graditude.  Thank you PIP and Sadelite for this post.  Have a wonderful day and weekend ahead

I apologize for misplacing it.  I have very little time, and have not investigated PIP as well as I should have. I  feel it is appropriate to share one's appreciation at any time, but will be more conscientious of placement.
         Thanks,

I am sorry if it came out that way... I really am...

Sudhir Lyer,
I've always found the people here to be very sweet and caring.  (I didn't find your comment offensive.)  I should have been more careful in its placement...  Thank you for showing me the way around.  And thanks for the comment about humor.
Have a great day and weekend.

If I signed a check as Midnitesun, I wonder if anyone would try to cash it? As for answering the phone that way, I tried it once and the caller hung up.

thanks for the grin

haha, too true!
When I started on the computer it was in a Christian chatroom, I had the nick GodsGirl, which became GG... People ended up calling me that in real life so it at least made it a little less confusing. But they also call me chisel, knight, and breathe, and about a million other things too. I'm so glad I only have this one name here at Passions!
Nothin worse than stealing your own identity!
Great post Definite thanks to them...
