Form Poetry

Oh
this one?
Tetractys?
So difficult
to hold in my mind a poetry form
when the clabbered sky drips cold memories,
drizzles old hopes
to freeze my
aching
chest.

Nan~
Not only is this GREAT ...
but, 'clabbered sky' ... oh my~

Haven't heard that from anyone but my great grandmother ... I've often seen that sky and lens-captured it, but couldn't find the words to bring it to life~

Thank you for this~

Forming Poetry

Words
Arranged
In manners
Which brings to mind
Shapes of other things
Like a wave cresting high
To recede back again
To where it came
Vanishing
In the
Form

Marge, thanks girl.  We don't often get those clouds here, but they bring out something in me.

Prof, thank you for your wave!

Sunshine, JL, and Shadows, thanks for reading it guys.  I appreciate your replies.  Sometimes I think I just post these things into nowhere, and you let me know there's someone out there.  Thanks for that.

I enjoyed your non-con'form'ist free flow of thoughts in this write!

So, is it cold where you live, even in May?
Short, but to the point and enjoyable, indeed.

We had a little bitty cold spell, with a cloudy sky going on for a bit.  Usually it's in the 90's around here. I'm glad you like the poem.
