Karilea...This is my humble submission for Freedom of Speech Day.

Freedom’s Sing

Red waves ebb upon one shore
From fifty stars of bluest sea
Echoes from our country’s core
Our claim to sing forever free.

Condemn us not to silent voice
Nor close our minds in apathy,
But celebrate our right of choice
To sing our song in jubilee.

Diverse though nation’s battle cry
For each difference minds each need.
Though ‘tis our right to question why
We hold in trust her solemn deed.

Sing proud for ‘tis your right to sing
From your heart let our freedoms ring.

And, you did it again.  Send it to me via e-mail, dear friend...and that way I'll have a bona fide copyright.  I've got all the other information, as you know...

and dang...I'm so glad you pitched in once again!!!
