Scenes of Green

I walk among the scenes of green
Where mind displays an ID of screen
And spirit lays a web of lace
To grace the edges of my space

Where grow the flowers of my dreams
And sew the hours peaceful seems
To make the wile an Eden’s den
By all the wonders given men

The passage passes through the night
Into a garden of delight
Where fireflies become my stars
And fantasy becomes bizarre

Where borealis lights the sky
And wonderland takes the eye
Where weightless is the cares appeal
And ecstasy the soul reveal

Just take a dewdrop born of morn
And see through it the awe of dawn
