X's and ?'s

the tar of life
coats my tongue
harsh, angry
needles stab away
at the joy i once felt

love, a bus stop
on a map of "X's"
in my "?" world
and the fare ...
    a bleeding wrist

A lot of pain in this piece.  I hope that things are better for you, if this is an expression of your life.  If not, you imagined it well.

It can all be pretty confusing, but hang in there, it's worth it in the end!

Hi Snow! Mmm! This piece seems so sad. The images it creates are powerful, strong, and raw. They bleed deeply with pain. What can I say. I like it. It opens one's eyes and screams, "Are we alone!" Wonderful my friend. This just made my #1 must read list of the day.

Your buddy - Kevin.
