so speak it out now
no, not what you feel

I feel
the need to hear
what you don’t feel
and no reason needs to be
given
for not feeling what you don’t

honest
spoken words might harm
for a short while
but for the marathon runner
the elation at the end
is not for winning
but just to have
made it
there

no, not for winning,
just making it
there

anywhere
will do

scream

I shall listen
anytime

will you speak
sometime?
