As I was responding to all of your poems today....I did something that I've never done before.
I read all the poems I wrote since I became a member in 2000.

I saw someone who loved another so very much that she would have laid done her life for that person.Where that went wrong?It no longer matters now.She will always love that person but if they were to meet again.....she would be unrecognizeable.

I also saw someone who was not secure in who she was and ran off with every person who promised to love her as she wanted to be loved.That woman no longer exists.

I saw a young woman who is very trusting and naive be taken advantage of in almost every way.....she no longer exists.

I look in the mirror and now see a woman who is mature beyond her dreams.Who knows what she wants and is making that happen.I also see a woman who is ready to be a wife and a mother.

I also see someone who is fine with who she is and no longer needs someone "seal of approval"

Overall,I have seen the many changes of me.
