Everywhere I look, the shadows kill
You are my little life saving pill
I take you in my mouth, take you down
I take you, all that you allow
The heat you give off like a haze
Surrounds all these in-between days
You make me feel alive again
You set me on fire again
O melt me, melt me I insist
Until I am nothing, do not resist

This flame you are is ten fold life giving thrill
You are the master and me, the willing pupil
I stand naked before you and am ready to learn
I will endure your flame, let me burn

"Be careful watch you wish for..." sayeth the witch.

I've had the experience of being burnt before, and I don't recall it being quite this poetic. Now I prefer my trials by drowning.
