My words come short of me.  How could I praise
A woman who can dance with seven feet?
I scarce can dance with five!  How could I meet
The way she lifts her instrument and plays
Most any note imagined?  Or, confess
The blood she's wiped from me, and every soul
She took into her home from out the cold?
How do I number what is numberless?
She touches every heart, however far
Or distant from her, and she makes it sing
    With loveliness a thousand times enhanc'd;
She cast her rays, as if she were a star
Devoted to the cause of lightening
Our every burden with her radiance.

I do believe you personified the poem to poet, and vice versa.  Well done Brian - a wonderful tribute to a fantastic woman!

Brian, this is a beautiful tribute to our Kit.
She is a fine lady, and does so very much for Passions.

Congratulations, Kit.
Hugs to you both,
Ethel

Brian ... thank you so very much. Has it really been 4 years? It's amazing how Passion's has touched my life daily in all that time, and given me the opportunity to meet you and so many wonderful people.

This sonnet is beautiful, and I will treasure it Brian. I couldn't help but smile at your reference to me and my seven feet, lol.  What a heart-warming piece ... thank you for such kind sentiments. I truly appreciate your lovely gift of words.

Thank you everyone for the warm wishes as well.

Big hugs and best wishes,
/Kit
