The heartache of  broken
showing in the hearts
of those who are
sad and lonely

Such pain   hurt   of rejection
of a love   faded
with leavings of empty space within
deep inner beings of

Of hearts now aching
now broken     with coldness within
A void where completeness
warmth  once occupied

When I read of
this devastation    hurt,  pain
many heart cries
looking for   release of

You and I always come to mind......
Of how that even though
when space is between
we are sad and lonely

We are so blessed to have
love for each other
A love of desire and need
passion and warmth

A love with fulfillment   completeness
in which hearts
blend into   one
keeping us ever close        even in distance

in this space that hurts so badly.......

Where love is concerned, I believe that the purpose of that ache is like training is for an athlete...the sweet pain renews that desire, longing, commitment and devotion. You always touch my heart. Well written.
