You bring out the wild abandon in me
Of insatiate appetites
The calm of eventides
And the breath that is life in between
I can stand your flaming heat no more
In languid puddle melt
Only this desire felt
Between our mouths a silent implore
Longing for the intimate in thrills
That exist for you
In everything I do
Just as your muted silence kills
Between us, our voices make the breath
Of fire that must be fed
Heat proves what is not dead
Alive, only time itself shall know death
