King of Spaghetti

I’m the King of spaghetti pasta and all
I cook up sauce with garlic and meatballs

I simmer the sauce for an hour or two-oh
Then carefully boil the pasta mezzo duro.

When the vivanada is ready, all catto for sure,
I take out the Parmigiano Reggiano grated so pure.

Mangiare! Mangiare! Are the words that I hear,
As I open the wine, or poor a cold beer.

My kingdom is small but welcome to all
Spaghetti, and sauce, and ah-juicy meatballs.
