With her opus completed “ May” gazes through her window
Watching us be alive before the heat of summer
Total globe’s mind coupling in the moonlight
Standing in a married photograph singing notes of love

Intoxicated with beauty the bittersweet ache of resonance
With a softened voice daring us to follow
Toward a powerful white light, blinding our eyes
Magic chants like passages of Othello
Claiming delight in a sublime harmonious affection

Orbs creating sweet bouquets comprehending articulation
Rainbows smile throaty breaths of golden chords
Like a harp and loyal flute
Our vast home spills over in silent adoration
Classical grace showers divine thought far beyond

Giving our spirit shimmering open-handed flight
Knitting closely an afghan of warmth and friendly faces
And there, waiting, prepared to venture forth again
Within this psychological landscape heavy with child
With sunshine on our face surrendering to transitions
Of the eternal patron in this contemporary life

A monumental circle, filtering conceptual through radiant sky
Learning and waiting, waiting and learning
For this truth….this powerful significance of might
May is smiling now and waves happily her eternal seas

There perhaps He is…and waits for me to?
Life is perfect at best, and I think this when sand and sea
Touches my toes….where the sun wraps me in an opened vast cocoon
Generations bubble of history, yet to be made
before me…in the now…what was

And will be…all together

Showered by May

I wish you could have read this to us on Saturday night. It would have been a thrill to hear it coming from you
Take care

nicely written

Can you hear my cries, can you hear my pleads, will you watch me burn...or would you bleed for me?

Superb write Lee J.  Very picturesque of spring to summer and remembrances of past times, and of the times to come.
