HAiku and tanka are really what I was known for here -here are a few new tanka poems....

1)

Addicted

I wake at daybreak
desperate with longing;
there's no antidote
for this need to be with you-
your touch is my addiction.

2)

Beacon

Watching the shimmer
of early evening stars
I realize again
I am meant for your beacon
in this dark and lonely world.

3)

your voice on the wind
whispers just behind my ear
shivers down my spine
pleasure-pools across my hips
leaves me begging for more....

4)

winter surrenders
as spring stretches her arms
to embrace the sun
but I still long for summer
and your touch on my bare skin.

Although all 4 were good, I enjoyed the 1st one the best.

Can you hear my cries, can you hear my pleads, will you watch me burn...or would you bleed for me?

Beki they are all lovely,
but I did enjoy number four the most as well.

Beki, all were equally good to me, and as I have read you here and there over the internet, I must say it is nice to see you here so I don't have to find you.     Welcome back!

Wonder if you could fix the link to your website sure would like to go read there?  Thanks.
