It's been awhile. Here's something new. Hope everyone's doing good. Shoulda been here sooner.

You taste the lies before they reach my lips
And tell me what I thought before I've done the thinking
Condemned so young without committing no crimes
Solitary confinement is a state of mind

Advanced thinking cannot be in stagnation
If love's not a curse why are we afraid to face it
I cannot kill the heart cause I still need it for beating
But I'm afraid to waste a life that is possibly worth leading

Seems to rain in here everyday
Clouds in my mind cannot drift away
No wonder life's stuck in the gray
When you don't let the winds of change blow your way

(Chorus)x2
Come aboard this sinking ship, we'll ride it to the ground
And when you find out this is it, you're begging just to drown

Looking right through me as if I'm transparent
If you've figured me out, how come you stay the same
I dread the day, can't wait for sleep
Dreams of hapiness I can't experience when I'm awake

One day I'm gonna run till my feet fall out from under
Then I plan to crawl till I'm broken at the knees
Once there I plan to sit, paraplegic
Happy as a clam that I'm far away from you

Seems to rain in here everyday
Clouds in my mind cannot drift away
No wonder life's stuck in the gray
When you won't let the winds of change blow your way

(Chorus)x2

If I must choose to sink or swim, just drop me like a stone
My life has been a shipwreck so this is a fitting home
I descend to the bottom, become one with the ocean floor
Finally here I can escape my thoughts of you for evermore

(chorus)x4

"Only God can judge me" Tupac Shakur
"Sometimes it takes a painful loss to realize you are free"- Bouncing Souls
