Gone you are now.
To my mind, my inner sight,
i cannot see you.
You do not lodge in my psyche.

My heart holds pieces of you.
The loving you, the kind you,
but poison still seeps.
Keeping a lid on it, is what i do.

Sitting now, close to nature,
reliability in wild freedom
is what i have found.
Never clinging, always free.

Now spring is here,
can the poison be diluted?
Would i be free as nature?
Can i fly without hinderance?

As birds fly all around me,
i long to be as free.
Still waters run deep,
to my very depths i will go.

''There is no need for temples, no need for complicated Philosophies.
My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness''-  Dalai Lama
