Your touch A brush so tender That resonates through time Beyond moments into years Our passion rigorous, intimate A celebration that is boundless Unfinished and true Your eyes They travel all my shores Leaving changed the landscape Making shiver into ringlets Shining in my eyes a deeper blue Combined of two One mind slipping along the shallows Searching shells and moving stars Your voice Sighing soft and low lands Whispering each touch and turn Guiding lighted on a physical plain Exploring savage passages of primal dawn My heart to fawn The thrill of sharing undiscovered country Sustenance of ripened fruits and berries Brought to fine wine in the ferment Of faithfulness and friendship And as I see myself in deeper red Beneath the promise where our love has led The mirror mists of warm and fragrant baths Where I paint butterflies and shamrocks upon your favor Copyright Kkh 4/18/04 |
