Of Scouts

On clout and horse rides symbols scout
To tout the course of what’s about
Report it in a poet’s way
To tell the readings of the day

But paint is tainted by desire
Strings of yesterdays admire
Signs that turn within the share
To echoes of a stronger flair

Infusions of a private core
That leaks into the set of store
Distilled into some other things
This bird of echo what it brings

Interpretations brew the brine
Piecing all the swell of line
Setting up a new of core
To twist the tale of evermore

So if you send a scout to view
Make sure the he or she is you

Don't let go of that tale, Sy...
it still has a lot of twists left
for you to share!

Seymour,
At first I thought this was going to be about a boyscout which would have been a.o.k. since my family is in the thick and thin of it.  You tricked me, oh, but a good trick!   Enjoyed.
