~*~
Headache
Throbbing within
As if it will explode
Falling from top of her shoulders
Into millions of   pieces   around   her
Could it be put back together again
Did not Humpty Dumpty
Have a great fall
Headache

Oh I know this feeling...I used to suffer from migraines in my younger years, I'd get at least 2 every week.. right up till I fell pregnant then they disappeared..I thank Daniel for that hehe.

I feel for you Ethel

Ethel
Here's hoping you are not suffering from the migraine. If you have someone with you.A massage in the sore areas at the base of your neck, temples, shoulders ect. Have them massage b/c I had a sister-in-law that had them and would massage them away to her total surpise.

Thank you all for your sympathy and kind words.

Yes, Lord, it's me with another Migraine. I've been having them more frequently lately. I have medicine for them, but don't take it like I'm supposed to, at times. It makes me really sleepy. Guess that's what I may need?

These are words you don't hear often from me, but,
I understand.

I pray the pain leaves you soon. I know how painful migraines are... and next time take the medicine before it gets this bad! And go to bed. Obviously your body has a problem with something and it certainly isn't indicating that you need to go about your normal routine Take care of yourself...

Always, Alyssa
