Tongue Lashing

take a run through their hour glass
to reach the end of their day
place your head in their lion's mouth
before you judge their way
gossip not through a shadowed rainbow
when you talk about your neighbor today...

for the mirror's mouth never closes
for the mirror's ears always flap away

because your true self is reflected in every word you say.
