My own little Icey Oblivion

0 posted 2004-04-12 02:26 PM

Do ou hear my cries?
Or do you ignore my sorrowful sighs?
Do you hear me pleading?
Not knowing something more I'm needing?
Will you watch me burn?
Or would you show me where to turn?
Will you watch me fall?
Not understanding my lonely call.
Would you bleed for me?
Or would you ignore and not see?
Would you give me your hand?
Not knowing I've forgotten how to stand.
Am I laugh or am I smile?
Neither have I done in a while.
Am I cry or am I tears in your eyes?
Can't take all of these lies.
Am I war or am I pain?
Nothing to lose a whole lot more to gain.
As we speak do we turn to stone?
Was a lifetime worth it all?
Do you believe I'll rise or again fall?
And will sugar fall all over me?
If so, will you THEN see?
All this agony creeps up behind me,
All I want is to be free.
Free from all this hurt I feel,
One day...I may heal...

Can you hear my cries, can you hear my pleads, will you watch me burn...or would you bleed for me?

So many questions Snowflake!
We never know for sure how the other person will deal with our insecurities.
I do hope you heal quickly
Good write. Chris
