Running down the window pane-

I guess I'm lacking polish,
Or perhaps you'd say, finesse?
For words I seem to fumble,
And I always make a mess...

If only I could tell you,
Just how much you mean to me...
If I could frame the phrasing,
Until somehow you could see...

That my heart is longing for you,
You are always on my mind-
You're the dream I've held since childhood,
And I've hoped so long to find...

You are light to blinded eyes...
