Blinks in Time

Yesterday, Winter
Winds howling along vast plains
Bleakest of iced sights

Then…

Stirring winds were whirred
Buds held so tight against frost
Awaiting release…

Then?

Blink, nod, Enchantment!!
Mother Nature smiles again
Spring dances its heart!
