Listening to every heart

She Said.......Hello

It was an incredible first word

a beginning
and a promise
blended into a breath
becoming a given pledge

creating paradise on earth

a coming home
a warmth
an opening
invitation to forever

creating paradise on earth

like the sound of angels wings
spirits of old welcoming new
a pronouncement of heart
pressed soft upon my hearing

creating paradise on earth

all she bestowed was a whisper of

eternal sun
a sanctuary for one’s soul
endless journeys into night
promises never to be forgotten

it was an incredible first word

This is a very precious and special occassion, lovely poem, which brought warmth and a smile.

I believe Sunshine, we both have grand children around the same age, mine is 18 mos. and she now says coke?  She did say mama and dada before, but she's branching out...hehehehehee

I would simply like to say "beautiful".  The words, the sense of wonder, the feel of warmth and the promise that it stirs.  Mmmm, very nice.

Awwww....how special and precious. A wonderful way to describe a first word.

A beautiful addition to the baby book.
