God was very clever, The way he created us, If we use the things we have We surely have enough. If you tend to be opinionated, I think that you will find, More can be accomplished, When you keep an open mind. We have two eyes to see, The beauty from above, The sense of "touch" for feeling And a heart that feels love. God gave us one mouth for talking, Two ears to hear birds sing, We should listen twice as much Before we say a thing. Be proud of being assertive, But use this gift with care, Being assertive in not uncommon, Good listeners are very rare. |
