Eyes too dry to cry
Walk a rainy morn alone
Drenching red filled eyes
And chilling this bags of bones
That wanders away from home.

So incredibly sad and lonely. If this in fact is you in this poem, I think you need a nice hot cup of cocoa and a friendly shoulder to cry on!

This really packed a punch in my solar plexus! You certainly have a way of creating an atmosphere with only a few words, Dear Poet!

Thank you, Earth Angel,
For taking the time to read and respond,
I’m not much of a cocoa fan, I tend toward the teas and wines,
But I appreciate the sentiment. As for the other,
Well, the loneliness long ago stopped bothering me and the
Sadness is just part of my soul.
And mostly, I am a quiet person of few words.

Thank you, Sunshine,
I’ll take my tea with double sugar, since I need extra sweetening.
The eyes are because of a medical condition, more than mood
But it does lend itself to the mood of the poem.

It is pure art to convey the emotions through written word. You do know of course, that you do this consistently well.
As for the sentiment...I can only say, there is this reality...and there is also the sunshine of a new morn.
Collective shoulder, hugs, prayers...tea...sunshine.
