 Picture by Alan Ayers * * * As you all know by now I am a hopeless romantic and this was purely the result of my fertile imagination but this time I wrote from a male's perspective.I hope you like the result. * * * Through clouds of grey the sun shines through As I awaken from my dreams of you To my delight you are standing there With thy ruby lips and silken hair Unspoken pleasures are seen in thine eyes They speak of love, so full of surprise Come quench my thirst for passion and desire For only your love can contain this fire To satisfy my untamed lust To kiss your tender lips I must Sweet sensations arise from deep within To not love you would be a mortal sin Temptations of love are ours to behold Your love is worth more than the finest gold Within your heart lies a living treasure My love for you is beyond measure Come lay with me down in the field Love's harvest is now ours to yield Let me take you far beyond the sky Upon wings of love we will fly * * * "You have intensified all colors, heightened all beauty, deepened all delight.
