Balladeer's last birthday
Just couldn't be no finer,
His wife gave him a present
A musical recliner.

Though he'd turned sixty five
He didn't mind a bit,
His birthday party-fun and games
His favorite "Sag-your it"

Then they played another game
That almost made him cry,
Bally was the subject
"Pin the toupee on bald guy"

Then came LongJohn's birthday,
He was only sixty three,
He wanted games like Balladeer,
"Can we play "hide and pee?"

He loved to play these games
Even though he's gotten older
He got his wish from his doc,
"Red Rover-Red Rover, the nurse says bend over."

LongJohn accepts his aging,
He's growing old with ease,
But has to change his underwear,
Whenever he should sneeze.

Toerag took old LongJohn,
Out for a birthday drink,
I asked him just how old he is,
He had to stop and think.

"I think I just turned sixty three,
And Toe the time just flew"
Then looked down into his lap and said:
"If you weren't dead you shriveled thing,
You'd be that old too."

I was thinking that the games never end, they just adapt to changing circumstances... and then your last verse! LOL

Hope your birthday is a happy one... this is great! *S*

Har-dee Har Har - very funny - I almost forgot to laugh - you'll get yours, Toe.  I've been nice to you so far.
