Shade

The tomb of dark harvests shade
Like perfume from a forest glade
It runs the baste from eye to lung
And leaves a taste upon the tongue

It weighs upon the gray of mind
Loosens up the play of bind
Accentuates the stay of fall
Fixing all within the sprawl

Shade will mimic every move
Vest itself in every groove
Endemic to the quick of eye
And has the trick to multiply

It stays with us a friend or tool
Large of wend or minuscule
And though it’s weightless to the feel
Its way with us is very real

Shade to me is yin of yang and
Umbilical from which we hang.

I find this morning lesson of yours very precious in your vast understanding of the way of life, and for each individual it is different depending on that person's needs for what they must accomplish with their lives.  Which also brings to mind, the more one fights that way, sidetracked by the little evil voice of sprites...hehehehe, the more difficult the journey, and perhaps that is why Jesus weather the son of God or not, so found it necessary to warn, do not be tempted by the needs and wants of the flesh, and ways of the world.  It is a wondrous journey not being a follower, but more so, trying to follow the spiritual way, whilst still weighing the ways, and beliefs of others...your writes are truly inspiring.  Thank you and Good morning.  Smiles and hugs

Good morning, Mr. T.!

When you add equal parts of yin and yang, you end up with a shade of gray! Gray can be very calming to ones emotions! ~ especially if one were to be hung upside down from an umbilical cord! lol

Tie a knot onto the end of that cord and hang on! lol

Good Morning, Mr. T.!

When yin is added to yang, a shade of gray is born! Gray can be very soothing and would be helpful in calming your nerves if you were to hang upside down from an ambilical cord!

Tie a knot at the end of that cord and hang on! lol

Oh, my goodness! It would appear as tho' this "angel" likes to repeat herself! I had difficulty posting my replies and then when I'd go back into your poem to see if any of my replies showed up, they hadn't! ~ so I posted again and again... lol

Thank you my friend.

JM,
Your threads to me to cool to spool
They wed my mind and make me droole
They oscillate around my words
And turn them into hummming birds.
