Its Quite Obvious You Knew

Whatever was on my mind
Everything was displayed
Always given you access
Where you happily played

My heart loyal and sincere
Nothing was ever denied
As I passed it over to you
With full contents supplied

You made me feel special
As you claimed my mind
Never needing to search
My feelings you could find

Coaxed me out of my shell
You found my tenderness
There is much to be said
About your skillful prowess

Tugging at my heartstrings
Playing as feelings grew
Toying with my emotions
Its quite obvious you knew

mmmm...sounded like a great romance until i read the word "toyed"...toying with someone's emotions is not good at all!
Im hoping this was a happy ending after all

You speak in the past tense, dear Hope, and this makes me think of a change ...
It's so beautiful to say "I give you my heart", but no one must look at it as a toy.
