Listening to every heart

Red Bird Resounding

I sing, Glorious!
Enraptured by this spring morn
Surrounded in white,
I am the song in your heart ~
I am all your dreams on wing.

I smiled at this very same sight today--except it was white azaleas...

a little hope in a hopeless world? yes?

Hi Sunshine. Love this. I need spring. Oh yes I do. I am sick of cold, sick of snow, sick of ice blah, blah, blah. LOL! Today I planted 3 raspberry bushes in the backyard, and one lilac tree. Sank over the top of my boots while playing in the back 40. Had to to the one shoe hop for a few minutes. ROFLMAO!

Dear plant in bloom please give me room
to sense your season's showing.
And fill my nose with scent of those
sweet blossoms that are growing.
We hover near the birds we hear,
rejoicing hearts go booming.
We humans need your yearly seed
to cast off winter's glooming.

What a wonderfully apt greeting to the coming spring.  KJ

Through rubble and trouble and dark of night
The yawn of a dawn will hasten the light
