standing on a shadow's lace

Me

you saw
my generosity
as weakness
for I was
willing to share
but not give
away my life
I did that before
to only become
a stranger to myself
and that clearly is
a mistake I’ll not
make again
and if there
is a sacrifice
to be made
it won’t be
me

Strong and positive.

Enjoyed your words.

It sounds like you and I have gone through the same thing. I feel the same as you do. Just take care of number one. You!
