Beyond a gesture or a
single word.

We are vast in our expressions.

The night presses deep against the
fingers...savoring its moment
in the distance of a
touch.

There is nothing that we reach for
that is absent from the arms.

Feel the world pass in silence as
the breeze across your
cheeks.

Allow your lips to part in
wonder at the sweetness
of this kiss.

There is nothing to be said that
is absent from the lips.

Beyond a gesture or a
single word.

We are this...

Vast in all expressions.

We delight
in the vastness
of our expressions.

We expand
to meet
in our wholeness.

We merge
encompassing the world
in our embrace.

We hold
all the sounds
resonating in Universe.

We stretch
reaching beyond
what our eyes see.

We collapse
and rejoice
in each other’s infinity.

In this touch
we fulfill
all our wildest desires.

In this touch
we express the immensity
of ourselves.

Dear Eric, thank you for your wonderfully inspiring poem! You just play the secret chords of our souls so well ....
I love you. Margherita

I found myself slowing down and backing up to read this beauty.  You title, thoughts, and presentation are outstanding.  I really like this.
