While I Was Still Hanging

Was it just another teaser
Thats what I had feared
First of the week you said
Again you never appeared

Your past week problems
Again crosses my mind
Was it the computer again
Cell phone you cannot find

First of the week went by
The second and the third
My mind was teased again
I had hung onto every word

Fourth day is almost over
What caused your delay
Only reason I could think of
Other things got in the way

Maybe you had no chance
Or found it a waste of time
So while I was still hanging
I compiled you a little rhyme
