Resurrection

I stand alone on the beach,
the moon touching me in places
where only you have touched before,
where only memory lingers now,
and pray it’s light will wash me clean,
free of the spell you’ve wrapped me in,
so I might love again,
and know another’s touch.

Oh my...wonderful write m'friend.
Hugs~

Poetry is not an opinion expressed...
it is a song that rises from a bleeding wound
...or a smiling mouth.

I see you reviving already JW.

Beauty of the world which is soon to perish has two edges, one of laughter and one of anguish, cutting the heart asunder.
