When the age of death is drawing closer
In a fine line of time
Constant and eternal
Can I become twelve again

Immature as a heroin addict

Too young to know

Rusted and fallen apart

My face is pounded and pounded and almost hurt a bit
Freedom heated pin prick of energy released
Escape scrape
I'm hurt again

Toddlers enjoying life
Ignorant of hatred alive for them forever
And populate in spite
Fun and play and enjoy it everyday

Written when I was twelve, inside my head
Influenced witnessed
Once its gone its never missed
Always remembered by the mark it made

Bruised mascara eyes

you can't ever go back, can ya? i find i'm asking myself that question tonight, and here i run into this verse...

some wounds go too deep... they change you forever, and that shattered peace seems irreperable.

maybe it is...
but maybe it's worth trying to fix rather than just remembering...

thanks for the thoughts this evening...

and i do hope, that if this is a slice of your life, that you can find the strength that i too am searching for... the courage to try and find some kind of peace again, even with the scars and marks...

We are all luminous beings, not merely crude creatures of matter.

Life is like money... it's not how much you've got left to spend-- it's how you're going to spend it.

Hey thanx everybody.  Maybe my expressionism isn't coming out clear but the idea was its ok to act like a "younger" person even if someone is cutting you down for it.  So I agree with the ones saying its not how much its how.
And thanx about the name compliment
And its nice to see you again too wranx.

GIS...this is excellent writing and a good idea. I think a person should be able to act any age they want.
