Saturday morning awakens serendipitously.

Winds howl, snow flurries, raven rants.

Here I sit inside, snuggled, warm and cozy
letting java jump my nerve endings to attention.

What mischief shall this day bring?

Tonight the full moon will pull many spirits
into its neverending interplay of magnetism.
I feel its pull within my veins
and yield to its power.
To deny it never weakens its grip anyway.
Moonbeams and moonburns are inevitable,
I may as well welcome them with open mind and arms.

Wild winds rake the wet snow off the roof,
dumping it unceremoniously
onto the already piled high mounds beneath the window.

I am once again in awe
of Mother Nature’s powerful hands,
the way she shapes the land,
fingertips splayed with
proof she remains the prime teacher
of all the Merlins and Gandalfs.
I bow to her,
willing supplicant whose blood does surge
within her tidepools.
Yes, it is Saturday, March 06, 2004 and
tonight the full moon shall rule.

Indeed...March in the far north,if you don't like the weather wait a short while and it will change. My favorite time of the year.Excuss me but I must howl now.

Live like it's your last day...
Dance like nobody's watching...
Love like you've never been hurt...

It is amazing the power of nature and mother earth.  How well you describe the rise of glowing transitions.
Be well.
