I dream of things I never tell
Things that over me cast a spell
My mind opens to that protected space
I am sure a flush covers my face
Young or old the dreams invade
Special images and thoughts are made
Wondering and pondering generate joys that are played
Just what do fantasies offer
Escape to another time…place
Or going beyond ones own limitations
Or experiencing what never has been
Thinking about what others think you shouldn’t
Perverse reverse silk purse disperse
All of that and more I think
Skin tingles
Minds jingle
Images that waft so joyous
I close my eyes and savor the images and feelings
That my fantasies deliver
Sometimes they make me quiver
