In Regards To Our Friendship
~*Marge Tindal*~

Are you aware that I thought I knew
what friendship encompassed before I met you
Yeah, I thought it was about what I gave
but you’ve shown me … that’s it’s also about
the love one receives from another~

In the Reflections of our friendship
I see you there in print
not a hint … of why you are no longer here
but there … inked for all of time
I can reach out and touch your words
whenever the need arises
as it so often does~

I have only gentle words of thanks to spend
and I want to spend them on you
God was right, you know …
He quietly told me that I would love you
And … I do~

~*~

Pat/regards2you … a gifted treasure from Reflection’sfriendship
now graces the shelf of my library … thank you so very much~

~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost,
the spirit rejoices over what it has left.

Hello Marge, my friend. This is a sad one, but it's uplifting as well. You have learned life's lessons well, my dear.

Big hug across the miles.

Marge, I adored this.  This was something I did not learn until later life -- about receiving friendship, that is.  Beautiful!   .....jo

Margie girl, beloved sister of my soul, you know there’s nothing more beautiful than the touch of friendship and you know exactly how to be a real friend. This is, as is always the case with your writing, simply outstandingly beautiful. I thank you for the golden touch of light you shed in these blue pages, and thank you even more for the touch you bless my soul with daily.

Love you always
and forever
