I am so lucky to have a friend like you.
Without your company I wouldn’t know what to do.

You make me laugh; you are so funny.
Even your bad jokes make my gloomiest days sunny…

I am so blessed, you're so patient with me.
You look the other way and pretend not to see…

You know it is in you that I put all my trust.
Put aside your fears, we can handle the thing you call lust…

When people admire your talent, I am so proud.
“He is my fantastic friend! ” I want to shout out loud…

From this dream I never want to wake.
I am so grateful for this friendship we have chosen to make.
