At the onset of motherhood
And the beginning of marriage
Strong hands nurture and toil
And so tenderly love

Her husbands travels, and years roll by
Leaving her so often
With three small children
And herself

Determination drives her forward
To give all she can
For the better
Of her three

Years follow of strength and independance
Yet, commitment to him
As finds his way
In this world

As grey crowns their heads, they explore
The world sees their loving faces
And their commitment of life
    All I can say

      Is Lady
