a humble hillside hobbit man
always adventures yet sticks to his plan
retires to a little house underground
scrumpious smells of cooking float all around
fresh breads and cookies , some ale or some tea ?
butter scones and smoke rings , crackers with bree

old tatered scrolls, and inkpens scattered a mess
though the sign of a genius is well cluttered desk

Beside the warm stones of the fireplace
warm wiffs of a kettle steaming with grace
a story surely brewing in the cool air tonight
a tale of a dragons treasure, a princess and a knight

The history goes deep and maybe deeper it goes
between the lines of the ages to the invisable flows
the universe and solar system our orbit is a gift
for whatever reasons the planets did shift
tilted to perfection the sun and the moon
reminders to us whats to come soon
a dawn and a dusk were anew everyday
soon the springtime shall thaw the ice of today

is but a mouth pressed lightly and
humbly against the angel's hands.
