Closure

She often comes to me in mist
A mist that fades into desist
A spirits force behind a veil
A thought beyond horizons sail

A texture with a hollow twist
An odor with a swallow’s whist
A sense of feeling that is rare
As light to me as moving air

The phantom of a tender kiss
That liaisons my heart with bliss
Circles round my mind in Braille
A weightless weight upon a scale

That powers me an ache inside
A cross that holds me in abide
A ghost that holds my holy grail
The passport of my earthy bail

She is the essence of my goal
She is the closure of my soul

I really like the rhymes... trying to comprehend the meaning... what it speaks to me of is the woman I love having passed before me waiting on the other side...
not sure if that is the perspective you were writing from but that is where your words direst me. Well written and conceived. Thanks for sharing.
