Being the night owl I am Letting the shadows envelope Me Not knowing when I'll return Walking for hours on end Never knowing where I'll be Feeling the warm winds swirl Standing next to an old elm I rest against the tree In the distance My eyes see a girl I feel the swoop of an owl I let out a short scream That is when My family came and took Me away from My world Christopher Gordon Bradshaw Copyright ©2004 Christopher Gordon Bradshaw |

I enjoyed this, and understand night owls. That was one of my nicknames as a child. I missed your first posts, but am happy to welcome you now. |
